Welcome to TraderMind Journal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

TraderMind Journal is a trading journal and analytics platform. It is not a broker, trading signal service or financial advisor. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts to use the service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or scrape the platform.
• Upload malware, viruses or content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without written permission.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase of a paid plan. Contact support within 14 days for a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, design, text and branding, is owned by TraderMind Journal and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the trading data and content you upload.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI coaching output is generated automatically and provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial advice and should not be relied upon as such.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for suspicious activity. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Trading carries substantial risk of loss; past performance is not indicative of future results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderMind Journal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or trading losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TraderMind Journal harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TraderMind Journal is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
